The delivery of the orders will be made on the address provided by you and N°25 Flowers holds no responsibility of delivery if the address provided is incorrect. You can place a request to deliver it to the right address, but you have the bear the cost of-
Delivery, if the same flowers/bouquet is to be delivered;
Delivery and cost of the flowers if it requires re-production.
N°25 Flowers is not accountable for no one being present at the delivery address to accept the delivery on the delivery date. If no one is present on the delivery address, the flowers will be left there unless otherwise stated, and in that case-
You will be notified that the order was not able to be delivered,
If you will want it to be delivered again, you will need to bear the additional cost of delivery or if it requires re-production, you will need to pay the entire cost of flowers and delivery prior.

Same day delivery is applicable, but we hold all rights to not deliver it on the same day due to unforeseen situations, notifying you prior to your order.
